Somewhere in North Norfolk

I'm sorely tempted by the idea of a carvery breakfast.

Unhealthy but sooo nice.

Should I? Shouldn't I?

I'm still a bit poorly so I need to keep my strength up

Why unhealthy?

It'll luck start your metabolism, and you've got all day to use those extra calories.

Go for it.

I'm supposed to be on a diet. My body let me know exactly what it thought of that idea once I started feeling rough though, so it's temporarily on hold.

I had sausage and chips yesterday though so I should behave today. Should but... bacon, hash browns, eggs, beans... *drool*

They're not open yet. I think they open at 7 for breakfast though.

If I go out I'll have to wash my hair first anyway.

Wetherspoons opens @ 7 here, but I wouldn't dream of going there for anything other than beer and that's not happening at this time in the morning. I'll stick to a bowl of Weetos for now, then a bacon egg & mushroom toastie in an hour or so

I have that "morning after" urge for a greasy fry up! But, my strict diet and gym regime is telling me "NO!"

Do I listen? Or think "what the hell??"

It has cheese in it. Cheese is included in continental breakfasts. I would say fill your boots!

Apart from hash browns (puke), sounds high in protein to me, so not at all unhealthy. Unless your diet is calorie counting?
