I've been up since 4.50 before I had 4 rashers grilled smoke bacon 3 scrambled eggs mushrooms and half a tin of of Italian plum tomatoes oh and five rounds of orange warbys toast. Lashing of HP and white pepper. Washed down with a pint of.orange barley water |

Well I had something a bit different. I had a census taker. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.
It was delicious. You should try it!
I'm looking forward to later on as I'm having an old friend for dinner. |

My PT swears by it for breakfast. I just can't get past butter in coffee. "
Milk and butter are made from the same thing, so don't let it put you off.
I've been putting coconut oil into my coffee now for a couple of days.
Besides coffee, I had two slices of toast; one with butter, one with coconut oil. Coconut oil is healthier than butter and I think it makes for a better slice of toast. |

What makes BPC palatable is blending it all together so it turns I to a very creamy latte. |

slow extended breakfast,beginning an hour ago with 2 cups of tea and a bacon sandwich..about to make a pot of coffee to go with the coffee cake my mate's just got home with..im hoping the sugar rush will inspire me to get up in the next hour or so... |

Yep, coconut oil, ghee (it has the milk solids removed) or even Lactofee butter? |
