Good evening fabbers
Its the weekend time to chill relax and drink some of the red stuff, and that's just the pooch.
So after a weary day of working on his memoirs, part one. The pooch likes to pop on some music.
He is in a Bob Dylan mood ,, Blood On The Tracks.
So what would you recommend for us to listen too.
Why not recommend an album for a fab chum on here

Huey Lewis and the News - Fore
Its their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip to be Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself. |

Going to an Album launch party on Saturday night - a couple of mates released their second album at the end of January.
Their first album was all cover versions but this one is all original material.
They used to be in a punk band years ago, but have kinda gone back to their roots, so it's mainly acoustic stuff.
Anyway, the album is 'Someone told me' by 'Stu's front room' |

"Shepherds Dog - Iron and Wine
Swordfish Trombones - Tom Waits
The Soft Bulletin - The Flaming Lips
Ogdens Nut Gone Flake - Small Faces"
Swordfishtrombones is bloody brilliant. The Heart Of Saturday Night is a corker for some pre-croaky Waits |

I have a soft spot for Closing Time too. I bought Swordfish Trombones in 1988 and I don't think a week has gone by without me playing it |
