Yes I am sat in a van at work waiting around to do something a tad bored

At least you have a job to be bored from. Embrace that fact that you're being paid to sit and do nothing.

Sat in a work van at a tube station, on a split shift though so thinking afternoon jog or stroll along a canal or around a wood
