ok the vehicle travels at 4mph but should an attack materialize it would speed away to a safe zone.
But wasn't that law made by mortal man and not the ultimate ruler - ie the pope and his "advisors" |

"its not a matter of "setting an example" ... its the law of the land that one shall wear a seat belt ...
with all that police presence why won't one pull him over and issue a fine? "
They should have find him and got some of our tax payers cash back. |
