would it put you off meeting someone if they had a scar on their arse due to an operation?
I had to have an emergency operation last Friday due to me having an abscess there and it will leave a scar..
So its sort of knocked my confidence. |

Are you kidding? One solitary scar on a butt cheek is gonna be a factor in my decision-making? It's the person that makes a meet, not some mark on a body part. |

I have quite a few scars over my torso from procedures. No one really cares, but I'm still very self conscious about them and don't like explaining what they're from. I think it's more a problem for me and not my partners. |

My husband has a scar there due to the removal of a gland, he is sometimes self conscious however can quite honestly say no one else seems to notice it, and it certainly hasn't put anyone off that I'm aware of. Be confident and I promise no one will blink an eyelid |

I've had three sections so have quite a thick scar on my upper groin alone with the not so firm skin that comes with sections, I don't have any problems, I've never had a guy run off screaming when I take my knickers off and they see it |

I think the scar would be preferable to the abcess |

Scars are not a problem and at the end of the day everyone has marks/scars/blemishes/pigmentations on their body. I wouldn't let it worry you and chances are no one will take any notice of your scar - there is so much more to you than that |

I have a lot of scars on my thighs and ankles as well as some on my arms too. No one has ever said a word about them. I honestly think that they don't care. They don't change the person that you are. |

Depends what it looked like.
I meant if it was shaped like a penis or looked like the number of the beast it might.

Be yourself don't worry about what someone else might think, scars are part of life, some have them others don't. I for one wouldn't care how many you have or where it's the persons attitude that's counts most not any scars xx |

I have quite a few scars and not one person has ever mentioned them.....
You would be hard pressed to find anyone on here without any scar or blemish on them and as long as they don't get in the way of sex then it's all good |

Well looks like my company doesn't care about people with children, not anymore.
I'd need the money for an infinity wall and lighting. |

It wouldn't bother me in the slightest!
I can sympathize, I have scars on my face due to an accident when I was a child but I've learnt that it's generally a bigger problem in my head than in others |

OMG absolutely not!
A scar is not a blemish, it is a visual record of a part of your life-story.
One day I may tell you about mine.
If anyone doesn't offer to kiss it better, smack 'em round the head.

I've got loads of scars from my misspent youth, head, face, hands, chest (nothing gruesome ladies) Told it adds to my character lol, no, it most certainly wouldn't put me off. Very very few people are flawless. |

I've had absesses, they're worse than scars (and smelly), got a horseshoe shaped scar on my chin and nobody's bothered about it and that's right on my face where it is noticeable, got a tiny purple dot on my stomach as a scar from another one.
I've also met people with bigger scars than mine, they don't bother me, they're just where their skin came open and then healed itself.
Wish people would accept their body isn't perfect, especially if it's been through things. Don't know where we got this unrealistic expectation of perfection from but it's wrong and nothing to do with the real world where people have real lives and bodies that function as human bodies do. |

now you have me thinking about my scars, ive never really felt the need to disclose them, usually because i forget about them!
I was in a road traffic accident when i was 9 years old and have skingrafts to my right hand, between my fingers, my palm and my back from waist height ti just above my sacrum but theyve been there so long that they slip my mind
maybe i should disclose them.. youve opened up a lil can of worms in my head now lol |

Most blokes on here would fuck a hole in the wardrobe door so a mark on a ladies bum isn't going to put them off. |
