Strange that people still blame him for the world banking crisis and the fallout that followed.
We should blame our leaders when they make bad decisions, not for being there when international crisis not caused by them happen.
Brown can be fairly criticised for many things, the credit crunch isn't one of them. |

Be fair, he got £2 billion for it, that's not for free.
Good old Osborne realises that gold is such a good thing that he's built up our gold reserves since he came in office by a whole 8kg - that's about a thousandth increase. Still it's a good decision since the value of the reserves has fallen by US$200 million since he took office. We don't want to waste money on buying an asset that's falling in value do we?
Incidentally, given that the value of the reserves peaked at us$18.1 billion in August 2011 and was us$11.8 billion in March this year, he's sitting on a paper loss of $6.3 billion in under 4 years.
Not such good stewardship after all.

"why would anyone take pleasure in the death of someone they dont know, never harmed them personally or their own ..?
sad reflection upon the individual.."
If you live in the uk it's perfectly arguable that Gordon Brown harmed your or someone you know. |

"he is nothing but a scumbag stole our pensions sold the gold reserves,, for pennies and worst of all scaremongered the pensioners in the referendum all for a seat on the gravy train that is the house of lords which he will get soon, just another pig in the trough mp" . How did he steal our pensions ?. He deserves credit for tackling the pension crisis . The current system is unsustainable and a lot of people appear to fail to realize the true cost of providing a pension.

I didn't realise he did the same to all the MPs' gold plated pensions as he did to everyone else's..
What's that you say? He didn't?
Well then, he's a cunt. |
