If you only drink bottled water then you have to walk to the shops and then carry it all home - unplanned excercise!
(Though I'm sure I read somewhere that the chemicals in the plastic bottles contain oestrogen and will turn you into a girl)
(Oh, and give you cancer!)
(But at least you'll be skinny)

... And if you're feeling really decadent have some of the posh bottled stuff, or on a meet, buy a bottle of the naturally sparkling kind if you like the feeling of bubbles on your tongue! |

"High Fluoride content apparently.
You heard it here first. Uk's obesity problems have now been answered. "
Hmm, I would not mock too loud - SOMETHING in the environment may indeed be cause the epidemic of 'diabesity' because that same is happening to our horses suddenly in the last 20 or so years. They are becoming insulin resistant too, with potentially fatal consequences in their case. And they definitely have not been sitting on the sofa eating too much junk food! |

We have been consuming e numbers and added god knows what for years. All to keep food on the shelves longer and to look and taste better. Fresh fruit and veg has had the vitamins grown out of them and animals are fed antibiotics and whatever else they put in at the processing plant. Is it any wonder we are becoming ill,fat and allergic to everything |

"The best I heard was breathing can give you cancer "
In a roundabout way it can. Oxygen can be carcinogenic, if the air you breathe has slightly elevated oxygen levels. But its only for prolonged ( I'm talking years) exposure, and even then the results are not completely conclusive. Too many other factors may be involved. |
