I know this advice is no use now until you've found it, but can I suggest for future reference (assuming it's an Android) that you install the LookOut app: it has lots of security features including antimalware scanning and stuff, but for your problem it has a 'find me' function. Even if your phone is on silent etc., you can access your account on your PC and tell it to 'notify you' of its whereabouts - usually by a horrendous piercing screech. It should also show you where it is via GPS (though assuming you know it's in your house, that probably won't help much).. |
