I tried to upgrade my profile to silver & got nothing for my money & admin won't help.

I won't be making that mistake again.

you must have done something wrong ., Did you get a message to say it had gone through? Usually you do. I upgraded last night by text with no difficulty.

Dont think it fair to say Admin wont help it isnt for them you need to go to bottom of page and write a message they will sort it.

It happened last time & admin sorted it. They don't seem interested this time. My phone seems to block there texts, so it looks like I will have this problem everytime. So I can;t be bothered if I have to go through this everytime.

I reported it Friday &they gave me a 2 day pass & said wait for a text. Then nothing.

So that would of taken you to yesterday, doesn't seen like they've been ignoring you. They aren't psychic. Tell them the text still hasn't come through.

This, and there are other ways to pay than using a phone you know doesn't receive the texts x

I always have this problem, so I started paying by PayPal. I can top up for longer and the encouragement to get free membership time works for me too. It only a problem if there's no solution, top up via text obviously isn't working for you. Next time try another way.

Call your network provider, tell them you are waiting for a license key for a bit of software and it keeps not coming through and see if they know why

If it is your phone blocking text how can it be Admins fault?

Either way if you use the contact button Admin will sort it or offer you some advice
