Ouch! The only way forward is painkillers food, loads of water and more sleep in that order!
I usually get the hangover horn though!

I might be luckier than most not getting hangovers in the first place
Failing that - egg bacon and mushrooms, coffee, orange juice, and a nap. sorted  |

I've never had a hangover, but very rarely drink anymore.
My friends recommended being active - so often on a sunday we would go swimming, use the sauna and steam room, and then go for full on fry up... seemed to work for them! |

Thank you everyone for your kind words and support in these trying times.
I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that after a cup of tea I mustered the strength to make myself a chorizo and cheese omelette and I'm now feeling much better |
