"I'm at work (I've typed that so often tonight, it comes up on my predictive text).
Finish at 7.30 am. Going for a 10 mile run then to bed ready to start again tomorrow night!!"

me neither have i slept, washing, drying, cleaning , ironing and folding. general house whole chores... wifes at work so i wont beable to do anything tomorrow as she sleeps... but wigan at 12pm

cuppa tea, 2 paracetamols and a wank... usually works for me but sausage, mushroom and egg breadcakes.. see if it hunger keeping me awake or the empty bed
