it depends on how you cook your steak
the old way or the new way
old ways best
fry it a little on both sides to seal the flavour in it
then place in a tin and do gravy and raw onions
cook over a period of time the longer the better
as your braising it the propper way will that do you miss cc |

Love steak too, had it this afternoon, rump, medium rare. However, to answer the question, give me a bowel of fresh mussels, razor clams, cockles and oysters all still in their shells cooked in garlic, parsley and muscadet white wine and I'm all yours, no question.
