Used to take it before the Gym. Came in a little vial and was rancid!!! Got it from the Chinese medicine shop in MK.

Horrible but gave a little placebo like boost.

These are tablets that I've got, so maybe they'll be a bit different from the liquid form. I shall report back in a few weeks!
