I buy pretty much everything I need for my car or motorbike on there, I seem to buy phone and iPad chargers by the minutes too. I've got my eye on a coffee machine at the mo. I hate selling stuff tho, you get hit twice because eBay and paypal take a cut, it winds me up  |

Yeah I.know, I still can't seem to stay off it, I've sold quite a lot of stuff, love it when you can cut out PayPal. |

Same here, you literally can buy pretty much anything on there, last week alone I bought an iphone cradle for my motorbike, some ear plugs, a breathalyser, some bike chain oil, a spare bulb pack and a 12v USB socket for the bike which was £1.70 from Hong Kong with free postage, god knows how they make money. Jeez, I think I've got an eBay problem I didn't realise I bought that much  |

Silver. Mainly to avoid VAT
But people selling large amounts you can get prices pretty close to spot, especially if you collect.
Got a guy selling 10kg down from £480 per kg to 380 
i check eBay whilst shopping to see how much cheaper I can get it and often go for getting it off eBay |
