Despite the fact that in every mpvie he's in Nicolas cage plays.... Nicolas Cage and despite the fact he's a bit crap...

I seem to Really enjoy his movies. Just watched JOE and it was pretty good until the final act.

Anyone here got a favorite Nicolas Cage movie!

Titz Towers, North Notts

Conair is fairly palatable. He's not got the greatest range, it must be said.

Look on you tube at the clip

"Nicholas Cage loses his shit"

He's a terrible actor!

The only films I like him in are Face/Off and Con Air

I agree he's awful.... But for some reason I can't ignore his films...

It's hard to believe he's won an Oscar and Leonardo DiCaprio hasnt.

Con air I didn't get to end of.... Because I was being destracted by a beautiful young woman.... Still don't knownwhat happens at the end.

Dicaprio should have had the Oscar for the Aviator and for Wolf of Wall Street! Hopefully he will get lucky with The Revenant!

Wild At Heart is my fave.

He's done a lot of crap and failed to make the most of his talent but I don't think you can win an Oscar without being half decent.

The Butler did it

Conair, FaceOff, The Rock and Ghost Rider.. He is the same in every film he plays, but is entertaining in a decent action film. I've yet to see 8mm - heard its good

Oscars glory isnt really the best judgement on quality, often its who has worked the circuit the best. Some Oscar winners have been complete mince.

As far as Cage goes, Raising Arizona and Wild at heart stand out, and i was surprised that Joe was so good considering his recent work being a bit meh.

I don't know what everyone's on about, I think he's a brilliant actor.

Done a whole host of great films from lord of war to 8mm to numbers.

Personally I think the acting by travolta and cage in fact off is some of the best I've seen, there isn't a moment in that film that you don't feel that they haven't swapped faces. And that is the definition of great acting

Yes I do believe he Is part of a small Group of american actors who add something special to films (at times) he Can be laid back,he can add entertainment for the whole family,he can be a good guy, he can be a bad guy,all at the same level of acting I have rock and con air on vhf video,s have not seen Them yet, I liked watching Him when he portrayed his part In The Band of brothers.
