Where's the lunch thread people?!

I'm looking for inspiration... something healthy, I'm trying to get my lardy arse into shape.

What's on your menu today?

I buy one of those pint-sized tubs of soup - usually something spicy and interesting - and a pack of sainsbury's (or wherever I happen to be shopping) cooked chicken, again usually peri peri or something flavoured. I chop the chicken, mix it in and it does me for two lunches - healthy (I think?) as well as warming and flavoursome x

Savoury is my downfall. I'm going round to the supermarket to get some bits to make a salad... trying to avoid bread.

I had rocket, chicken, baby tomatoes with some cous cous thrown in with balsamic vinegar dressing. I shall have less of a lardy arse one day.

Soup for dinner.

What I need is a personal trainer to move in with me for six months.

I use tattie peeler down the full length of the courgette (Oer missus) to create long strips. No need to cook it either as the Bolognese will heat it.....

Courgette Ribbons.

I use them in a pasta dish with chilli, prawns, cherry tomatoes and basil
