Erm - well it IS only one day a year!!

Is it 2 eggs, one cup flour, two cups milk and a little oil??

I always do two eggs pint milk and add flour till correct texture.

I go with the 1, 3, 5 rule

1 egg

3 ounces flour

5 fluid ounces milk

works for me
