I had two
1.eat breakfast (failed By around 5th Jan oops)
2. Salad everyday for lunch (on going not failed yet lol)
Also lost about 6lbs without tryin either |

Not really been able to start mine properly yet, lol. Mine was to spend more time in the gym but was flu'ed up in January and now got a cold in February, so not been in the gym as much as i would have liked. |
