Today today today! it's pancake day today! My neighbour has promised me a full american stack; some talk about bringing her griddle plate around and the maple syrup...tbh, lemon and Tate & Lyle is the way I remember them |

I make pancakes throughout the year and can now rattle off a batch in two mins without weighing anything
Me and the kids go for lemon and sugar for the first couple of rounds. Next is proper maple syrup. Then last is Nutella.
I skip the Nutella and go back to lemon. Original and best. |
