You'll only convince me of that if you can give me a reasonable example why the driver stopped when she had no valid reason.
If I had a car cam, the outcome would have been the reverse.

They may have seen or thought they seen something you did not,
sounds to me they were driving safely and cautious not to crash in to someone
and if you had driven the same way as them you would not be posting this rant
At Least one good thing comes from this, they will get a couple of grand to go on a shopping spree at your insurance cost

For all you know there could have been an animal or something crossing the road in front of her.
You cannot pre-judge what someone else will do, drive with due care and attention to what is happening - not what you want to happen. |
