I think it's brilliant and just as engagingly whacky as Breaking Bad with excellent acting and storylines.

It avoids cliche brilliantly, and it was intriguing to see how Saul started up.

Yeah I am really enjoying it! I loved how it started to, with Saul post Breaking Bad in his new life, and how the show is him thinking back to his old one!

I note that one of the many tales he tells (and a fast talker like him tells plenty)is how he convinced someone he was Kevin Costner, and ,actually, there is a passing likeness..

I thought it was rubbish.

I nearly fell asleep during the opening 10 mins or so when it was black and white.

And nothing really happened until the last 20 mins of it. I thought the character tie-ins from Breaking Bad was pretty tacky.

At least in Breaking Bad there was good character development in the first episode.

I'm all for establishing characters and taking the show slowly but this goes at a snails pace, far slower than Breaking Bad. It was like season 4 of Breaking Bad, where nothing meaningful happened until the last 3 or 4 episodes.
