Spotify is free as long as you don't mind the adverts.
Deezer to some extent.
Soundcloud is free IIRC |

Don't know about downloading the music but i use TuneIn - Allows you to search and play stations based on your musical preference - Old Barry is well served on there I'm sure!  |
