So I have been off the cigarettes for awhile now and slipped up last night. I can't believe I started smoking again.

You had a blip, doesn't mean you have to carry on smoking now. Put the fans in the bin, cover them with bleach and walk away.

Let it just be a slip up doesn't mean you need to start again.

I've slipped twice since May last year.

I broke them up and put them in the bin, I might have to sit in for a few weeks just so i dont slip again.
