Being on early shift has buggered up my sleep pattern, and I found myself awake at about 04:00h! 
No doubt I shall go back to bed again later this morning.
In the meantime, have a good day everyone!

Good morning everyone, have a fun filled Saturday.
Reflecting on the events 9 years ago, is it really that long, seems like yesterday.
Remembering watching the events on the internet at work then on the tv to.

I've had a sore throat since last monday and since then have lived on Lemsip, warm orange juice and tea . Had a fried egg sandwich friday morning that took me an hour to eat. Can fasten my belt 2 holes tighter. Strangley I'm still 16 fooking stone. |

I lost 4lb in 2 days last week due to flu, mainly as sweat I suspect.
Could not eat or drink much due to sore throat either, so I was dehydrated.
Put 2lb back on straight away! |

 Well ive been sooooooooo good, was supposed to be going out for a meal tuesday night but said im now not going but i am going to my favourite indian next weekend that is why its only a week long lol. If i dont loose some it wont be a case of popping out of my clothes more of a case of not having any clothes to wear.
