Doing it with the aid of one of those E-cigarette things so would that still count as non smoker

I will do it this time for sure, I did it 30 years ago, but after a very bad incident in my life I fell off the wagon and back to smoking,.

Though like an alcoholic I suppose you can never say you have quit, just in remission lol
