Sending, the button knows I'm pressing it but doesn't do anything,

Again be phone will have no bearing on how a website works at all. It's probably an application issue.

Have you tried the desktop version on your mobile instead? That should circumvent an app specific bug.

It doesn't even come up with the option 'are u sure u want to send a wink' the actual option to wink isn't working
