Used to watch wrestling when I was younger, it's shite now!!
Who is you all time favourite wrestler.
Mine has got to be 'Stome Cold Steve Austin'
First saw him wrestle with Bret Hart at WM13, I was his fan since then!
And that's the bottom line cause Stone Cold said so! |

There seems to be two genres here
WWF and Saturday afternoon World of Sport narrated by Kent Walton, I prefer the latter.
I would say my favourites were Adrian Street, Les Kellet, Johnny Saint and Kendo Nagasaki.
It was a great lead in to final score and the teleprinter. |

Teleprinter WAS the sound of Saturday. Happy memories of helping dad with the score draws. |

Best technical wrestler was a Japanese wrestler that might have been in the very early days of wcw Jushin Thunder Liger
Boy could he fly.
I miss the days of hulkamania and the way of the warrior.
My favourite tag team was the British Bulldogs (Daveyboy Smith and the Dynamite kid) they had great battles with the Hart foundation.
As for the world of sport, Big Daddy and his brothers killed British wrestling. |

Titz Towers, North Notts |
Kendo Nagasaki, Skull Murphy and Rollerball Rocco were all dirty gits and could put on a good show. Robbie Brookside had flair.
There is a jolly good show called Big Daddy v Giant Haystacks that travels the country. It is two chaps who play about 15 different people. |

I read an article on who the wrestlers thought was the toughest. None of them would ever mess with Ming (he also wrestled under other names) he once got involved in a fight in a bar, the guy tried to hit him, he put two fingers in the guys mouth and broke two of his teeth out. Plenty more stories about him circling around |

I've read them. The one where he snapped some handcuffs after being arrested and simply handed them back to the copper would have been quite intimidating.
Andre the Giant was legit scared of him. |

Nothing happened to Sting. He's still around... he's going to have a match with HHH at Wrestlemania this year.
I think you went away from wrestling, not him lol |

"Sting refused to join WWE when they bought out WCW"
he didn't have to at the time... he had a huge contract that was guarenteed so he spent time getting that money sitting at home
it was when happy sting turned into "crow" sting that i took notice..... |

Stone cold, undertaker, the rock and the legend that is mick foley! Read foley's biography, it's a fantastic insight into the wrestling world (and gives a whole new view into his hell in a cell match with the undertaker).
Torrie Wilson and Trish stratus were ok but I'd rather watch ultimate surrender for female wrestling (or watch L wrestle another female from here!) |

"It has to be the 'King of Kings' Triple H.
Great wrestler and goes with any story line that was given to him. " HHH would never got anywhere near as far in the WWE if he hadn't married the bosses daughter. Not a great wrestler and universally disliked by the other stars. Not in the same league as others mentioned.
Has anybody mentioned Ric Flair yet? WOO! |
