Lycra gym kit (or other funky lycra attire ) often retains sweaty or B.O. Smells even after washing.
Put a few capfuls of white vinegar in a bowl of cold water and pre soak for 30-60 minutes, it will kill all the bacteria that makes the clothes smell and will not smell of vinegar at all, it is actually a great natural fabric softener too!
Trust me, I do it all the time. |

I just get in the showers afterwards in my kit (except for my trainers). Some gentle soap and all is good to go. ps a plastic bag to put them within your sports bag afterwards is useful.
Fortunately i have two kits so they've time to dry between visits.
Or get fitter and don't sweat so much in the first place. |
