not fully sure, the judges were scathing of his conduct and the company also..

He's actually been given only 10 years for the multiple manslaughter.

The rest of his sentence is broken down as 5 years for causing a shipwreck and 1 year for abandoning ship before his passengers

What is even more worrying is he has been disqualified from being in charge of a ship for........wait for it.......5 years
