Well as there seems to be lot's of fitness addicts on here and thread's about training etc.
How about a bit of fun where we can post genuine pb's or training sessions and see if we can get a mini league table for different sports.
And no other I wanked for five hrs straight please.

You can lose weight lifting heavy - just eat at a deficit. After a while into your cut your lifts will stall though - just be ready for it and do a deload week. Eventually you won't be able progress, at that point you have to decide if you want to eat more and bulk or keep going and cut.. |

"2000m on concept 2, 6:29
Goal is sub 6 mins"
That's a massive jump.
Once you get to that sort of time even a couple of seconds is a good gain.
Great time tho.
What is your stroke rate? |

"My pb in squats is 190kg 10 reps in the smith machine.
What about outside of smith? (Just curious as to whether it makes a huge difference)"
In my experience, as long as you have trained squats outside the smith, it makes about 25kg difference - which would make sense, since an olympic bar weighs 20 kg and I guess the other 5 account for the 'instability factor'
I'd never squat 'conventionally' in a Smith though, I tend to do hack squats so my back doesn't hunch over. |

True, but it's nice to have something to aim for
Stroke rate is low to mid thirties, resistance on 9 or 10. |
