If you want advice don't bother. Its never a good idea to pop pills that affect your circulation system and the rest without getting medical advice. So much can go wrong and there are far too many who say the immortal words "with hindsight i wish i hadn't"

I always managed to delay by ..
doing 2 strokes, stop, withdraw, nip downstairs and pop the kettle on, nip back upstairs... remount and 5 strokes.. awaits the click of automatic kettle..
jump off....
make a cuppy and wee digestive..
follow steps above but replace tea and digestive with the following..
watch emmerdale..
have a pee..
more strokes..
order shopping from tesco..
more strokes..
take dogs for a walk..
more strokes...
all in all, that can be about 3 hours of shagging from the 1st stroke to the last..
