Mrs N sorted out a kerfuffle with Sky via a webchat. Daft part was, to do the same over the phone would have taken about 5 minutes, instead they were 'chatting' for 40  |

Same as here have been sat in web chat for about half hour i know if i ring them it will be done and sorted in 5 minutes
I just thought i was being clever while searching for there phone number i found the option to webchat!!! |

I have tried it twice and it wasn't good its easier to talk to them although the wait can be a pain. |
