Last night there occured a road traffic accident not far from the end of our avenue. Because of this we had to take a 4 mile detour to enter our avenue which was only 60 yards from the accident!
Now normally I would not be bothered, accident victims come first. However this involved a stolen motorcycle being ridden by two twats without helmets, on the pavement! Not only that but they attempted to ride off the pavement and into the road against the flow of traffic, thereby colliding with an innocent cyclist.
It makes my blood boil, the cyclist is injured and will have to fight to get any payment with them being uninsured. The thieves, one ran off, the other suffered fatal injuries, they should have both been killed at the spot. They have no thought or care for anyone else, why should we care about them? At the very least lock em up and throw away the key, if they get out in 10 years deport em to someplace like Afganistan! |

They're still somebodies family even if they were in the wrong, you don't know how your son is going to turn out as an adult despite all the decent advice you will be giving him as he grows up |

10 years ago i was hit by a car whilst out cycling by a "boy racer" who did not stop at a T junction but shot straight out and sent me 15 feet in the air!,was off work 5 months but the british cycling federation solicitors fought my case for compenstation, the boy racer was 'never at home' strangely enough when the police went round to interview
him so i said i would go round and drag him in!,they said they would have to arrest me also if i did drag him in!.bastards!.

I was thinking the same. I don't know anyone who hasn't made a mistake or done something they shouldn't have at tome point. Loss of life brings grief no matter if the deceased was good or bad. A mother or farther will still want to shed tears and leave a mark. |

People that steal cars/bikes or whatever vehicle and get hurt deserve what they get. I got hit by a joyrider on a moped when I was 5 months pregnant and lost my baby girl. He got a slap on the wrist some sort of supervision and commumity order because he was 16.
The court didn't even take the baby into account because legally it was still classed as a feotus.
I hope the person involved never gets a moments peace in his miserable life.
My grandfather was killed on his birthday by a joyrider on a motorbike while he was crossing on a Zebra crossing.
So forgive me if I really dont give a shit about the families of people who steal vehicles and get hurt.

"String em up, but I bet you'll be the first to *not* want that when it's your kid.
Many religious bigots say just the same about swingers and people conducting a homosexual act. "
Not all bigots are religious people.

If you're honest though surely the opposite is also true? If a joy rider mowed down your child, don't tell me you wouldn't want him to die a thousand times over for killing your baby?
If you wouldn't then you are the first person I have ever encountered in my life that had that level of understanding and forgiveness.
It's all relative I guess. |

How I long for the day when vehicles can only be switched on by the palm-print signature of their legitimate owners. An end to car crime that day will herald - sound like fookin Yoda there, do I. |

Seem to recall Mother Theresa being a bit of nice egg too. Would hardly call her a bigot. Gordy the Gaffe might though. |

Yeah, but that still leaves us with George Michael leaving Range Rover marks on parked cars both sides of the streets!

Maybe it should be a device you drop your nuts in. It recognises you from the size/weight and clamps on to them. You fuck up while driving it squeezes........a big fuck up and.....
I figure something like this would work pretty well on males. Not worked out the female equivalent yet. |

He could run a tank over my car and I'd still shag him though. |

Do you remember the story last month of the guy who stole a motorcycle, but police would not chase him because he was not wearing a crash helmet?
The same guy crashed a bike on saturday again not wearing a crash helmet. This time he was not so 'lucky', he was killed |

"they should have both been killed at the spot."
Agreed they have done wrong, and they should be punished accordingly, but to wish death on them, that's a bit strong IMO
Like as been said, they are some ones son, brother, grandchild etc, everyone makes mistakes if it was your son etc would you still wish them dead??? |

My children have been brought up to respect other people and their property. None of them would so much as dare to commit such a crime.
Sadly there are far too many parents nowadays who can't be arsed about their offspring. They wash their hands of them and consider it is the states responsibility to take care of them. |

So every child that goes of the rails so to speak have been brought up wrong, with families that don't care??? |
