...that had that sketch

"Women Stop! Think! Know your place!"

That has to be the funniest part of this site, and the bit that makes me chuckle every time: the big warning message you get before messaging someone you shouldn't be.

Personally I think there should be randomly selected additional insults as well, just to liven things up. Like:

"Omg, you're thinking of emailing her? Have you looked in the mirror lately?"

Mr ddc

Titz Towers, North Notts

I think it was the Cholmondly Warner sketch in the Harry Enfield show, and it may have been, Women, know your limits

Its a shame no-one ever takes a blind bit of notice of it.

Harry Enfield. By the way, did I mention the gold standard?

The Fast Show was Arabella Weir asking 'did any of you actually hear me?'. I regularly understand how that character feels...

"..

That's why you need the extra, increasingly stronger warnings! :-

"Seriously mate, even if you were the last man on earth I'm not sure she'd be interested"

Or maybe simply "It's not for you, Jen" (IT Crowd)

Thinking on, I really enjoyed both Harry Enfield's programme and the Fast Show, although on paper, the latter shouldn't have worked as well as it did, considering that until it was the final episode it was the same jokes every week. However, it was brilliant, which incidentally was the American name for it.

Truely amazing how a series of totally predictable catch-phrases could make you cry with laughter.

Me? In the forum? With MY reputation...

Our kids call Primula "Easy Peasy Squeezy cheese" and our son couldn't believe it when I told him they didn't actually do a strawberry flavour.

And they weren't even born when the Fast Show was on!
