Careful round the toilet! lol.
Don't think you can mess up lino, so long as your tools are sharp. Watch some youtube videos on it, i always find that helpful if i don't know what i'm doing. |

I'm going for fuck it up. A cut finger , plenty of swearing , a strategically placed mat to cover over a gap and you looking at it tomorrow morning saying "fuck it , that'll do" |

When fitting it's essential to measure and cut the covering exactly.
Then, carefully place the Lino outside the bathroom door, and begin to apply vinyl adhesive working backwards from the door area into the bathroom.
Best results are obtained using a vinyl adhesive that bonds slowly, this allows you to make subtle alterations to the lino.
Please post again when you have reached the small area of floor boarding between the bath and the sink. |

You don't have to TAKE the toilet out as such. It should have two screws holding the pan to the floor. Just loosen them enough to slide the flooring under it.
