Just had a clear out of one of my knicker drawers...chucked out a bag full of religious knickers (full of holes) and a few Harvest Festival knickers (all is safely gathered in)...found a couple of pairs of never worn thongs and a new bra and lurking in the back of the drawer was my surgical stockings from when I had my hip replaced...for some strange reason, I couldn't bring myself to bin them! Maybe a kinda talisman against t'other hip giving up the ghost
Anyone else kept something useless for whatever reason? (Partners don't count  ) |

Erm... Two leotards, from gymnastics days.
A double ended dido, that would be either be more suitable, for the use of, two nelliphants, or a draught excluder. |

I seem to recall a charity on the tv a few years ago who wanted old knickers, bras etc to send to girls in Africa - as simply owning and wearing underwear was found to drastically reduce incidents of rape/molestation!
Anyone any idea what the charity is or whether it still exists? - as I bet loads of us have old underwear lying around! Xx |

Got some stuff from my uni days that I've never thrown away, just old essays and portfolios etc. I never really refer to it, but don't seem to ever throw it away, strange. |
