"no hes not dead but what do you think of his comment that its not rape if a girl is d*unk "
Not sure, would it be the same if the man were the victim I wonder?
I have never been so d*unk that I could not consent, in the eyes of the law however that may not be the case.
I'm interested to hear others perspective on this one. |

Gotta love misogny...
People lose their inhibitions when d*unk. Predators often go after d*unk girls. Honestly think if people are gonna get d*unk then they should always have responsible friends to look out for their back to stop people taking advantage.
We all know alcohol cuts off some parts of the brain, you can't think as clearly as you normally would. This is why i don't drink, i like to be in control of my own body as much a spossible. |

The law is a mess at the moment because of the precedent set in the Ched Evans case.
As it stands at the moment if two d*unk people have sex with each other and one of those people is a female - she will have been raped in the eyes of the law. This is pretty unique in UK law whereby being d*unk does not absolve you of responsibility for your behaviour. |

If they are passed out d*unk cant walk move etc then yeah i would say its rape.
But if just d*unk as in happy d*unk still dancing upright then i wouldnt say so as they can still make decisions might not be the right ones and will regret it in the morning lol
say for example in a swingers club most are drinking and most have a few drinks and then go and play so is this rape? |
