Anyone use them to actively make money?

At mo I am seeing a lot of bingo sites that give more cashback then you have to spend. Such as spend a tenner, get 30 quid in cashback.

the kicker is that money (same as gambling sites who do the same thing as "free bets") is that free stuff can only be used on the site and can't be withdrawn
