But that won't solve the reason you're down. You've got to address that first really, or you'll stay down even if you do get lucky.

I was feeling down a few days ago. when im down i talk to my female friend on here. she understands how i feel. maybe you have a friend here you could talk to privately or meet socially? hope you feel more cheerful soon

Try some exercise, get the blood flowing, even if it is only a few press-ups. Go online shopping and send a friend a surprise cheap dvd. Little things make a lot of difference.

SO you start out looking for a nice chat, loads of people chat away and talk nicely, and half way down you say you want naughty distraction... and wonder why people are cynical?

I hope you find something nice to cheer yourself up - from years of experience, happiness comes from within, otherwise its dependency on others, and rarely lasts.

A pregnant woman thats states shes not meeting and only online forums and to chat to friends isnt a problem in my eyes
