Hi folks bit of a boring post but would be nice to gauge some advice.
So a fellow work colleague who is same level as me but has more experience has really pissed me off.
There is one client we deal with and I'm the lead on the job so we have a meeting to discuss the job and he didn't pay attention just looked around the room and was pure rude.
The next thing was i was due to assist him on a job for a few days that we had booked in. The client had to change the date but it fell on my holiday which I want to take or ill lose it. I said I'd cancel as a Last resort and our boss found him someone else but he made some rude jibe saying you can just sit at home now can't you.
He's got really arrogant thinks he is better than everyone else. He says stuff to bosses and I get grouped in when they bite back..guilty by association.
Should I have a quiet word with my boss about it but ask for boss not to mention it to him to avoid akwardness. If I speak to him itl just end up in an argument in front of office |
