Just watching Call the Midwife (perfect Sunday night viewing). Am struck by how elegant the women look in their pencil skirts, heels and fitted tops. Would love to see this genre make a comeback.

I wore pencil skirts,blouses and heels. I was 13/14 and a lot of girls wore them. I remember making a black pencil skirt in my sewing class at school

I was a size 10 back then though. I could wear a pencil skirt
