I've not read the book, but I'm going along to see the film with some of my girlfriends on Friday...attempted to read The Story of O this week as most BDSMers I know recommend that over 50 Shades and I couldn't get away with it at all, which is unusual for me as I've been known to read a cornflakes packet if there's nowt else available - I truly don't get full submission (with extra pain); whenever i play a bit sub, it's purely a role play for me, so I'll just watch the film as a bit of eye candy and escapism  |

I haven't read the books either. Going to see the film though. I was disappointed by The Secretary even though people loved it. So just going with an open mind.  |

I'm not interested in the BDSM side of it. Just like the vague "Pretty Woman" storyline. Broke bird gets together with rich, good looking guy. And they live happily ever after. Eventually.
I like a nice, predictable romantic storyline. It's relaxing for my tiny little mind. |

Anyway.
Will this be the first of 3 films?
Or have all 3 books been compressed into one film? |

Haven't read the book...Liz has n said it was very tame...don't think we will be going to see the film tbh
I expect there will be lots of new signups on Thursday, especially on Fet lol
Plus Anne Summers selling lots of plastic fluffy handcuffs and bondage "kits" at excessive prices for tat.

FIFTY SHADES OF GREY BY PAM AYRES
The missus bought a Paperback,
down Shepton Mallet way,
I had a look inside her bag;...
T'was "Fifty Shades of Grey".
Well I just left her to it,
And at ten I went to bed.
An hour later she appeared;
The sight filled me with dread.
In her left hand she held a rope;

She threw them down upon the floor,

She put her teeth back in and said
