Just added a couple onto msn who had messaged us on here (fab) their addy and the strange thing is that at the moment the little box against their alias has a diagonal red line though it (suggesting to us we have maybe previously blocked them ??)
Anyone else seen such a red diagonal line against an msn contact? |

The last time someone added me, it came up and said I couldn't talk to them as I had them blocked......though had never spoken to them before, just unblock...had me very puzzled though and still does  |

I've had the same problem but only since I bought a new PC recently and installed the latest MSN messenger release.
It seems that any new contacts are blocked by default but as you didn't block them you don't get offered the option to un-block. Well ignore that.. add new contact, block them manually ignoring the fact its already blocked and then you can un-block them, then it works fine. |
