On gas mark 8 in a pre heated oven is utter bollox for cooking mr brains faggots!
Its over an hour now and I have three burns on my right hand from where I keep trying to lift the card up to see if its going crispy on top 
Sff as just gone complete rubbish tonight
Still, nearly finished the bottle of chardonnay and have some cans of murphys calling my name out too!!!

"it wont go crispy on the top if the lid is still on it as the steam created by cooking it will stop it going crispy.
Take the lid off and you will be fine."
the lids have been lifted off the top for ages now they curled after about 30 mins |
