"Are we there yet"

Can't really understand why the perseverance with the none regional locations of the site ... It's brill in so many ways but the one thing we have always thought is the way regions are so bloody vast I.E. East Midlands ! Covering what seems like 2 thirds of this fair and pleasant isle

totally agree with you, here in the east we lumped in with Derby, Lincon, and Sheffield to mention other far flung places that according to the site management is `close` to us!! Mileage from a postcode search would be a much better way of doing it.

It has been raised many times. I suspect that it might be difficult for the site to amend now as introducing more specific regions might cause issues with existing profile data.

Try living in Scotland

If I wanted to meet someon in say Thurso and my mode of transport is my car

It takes 6hrs to get there ie almost a day, then I have 6hrs to come home

For a meet on here your sure as

Hell hope it's an all nighter or your out of pocket big time on fuel and hotel costs

Used to make the journey regularly through work. My boss couldn't understand that I could fly from Glasgow to London, sit in on a 4hr meeting and then fly home for dinner whilst it took nearly 3 days to do the same in the Highlands

Careful now, you'll be accused of starting an argument about which region has it worst if you dare to challenge the crown of the East Midlands
