They dont carry out repairs, totally un biased."
My council MOT centre is 10 miles away but if I hadn't moved it would have been across the road, so it's not practical now |

I didn't even know this was a possibility? It's something we should look into to save being lied to by unscrupulous MOT centres |

Just find a garage you trust and stick with them don't be a bargain whore falling for Kwik shit and the likes £25 mots . my 55 plate Alfa with 150000 miles on it passed first time at mine, no advisories, £40. Key is maintenance ongoing when she needs it |

Fell for that one many years ago, I now take mine to a mechanic who then takes it to the centre, he's been a family friend since as long as I can remember, so no rip offs |

me neither - i have a two friends with mot centres so they dont rip me off - but worth knowing - pass on the knowledge |
