not far from iceland,,,,,, tescos is nearer though :-) (near leeds)

As my car has 4 vents on the dashboard one either side and two in the middle as the driver (I'm doing all of the work.).should I get 3 and the passenger only 1..

If I'm the passenger, you can have all of them (unless it's A/C). Hate having hot air blown at me.

I would say yes, you can have 3.....

.... if you're alone in the car.

I'm all for equitable division of the blowers/vents.

But choice of music is the drivers perogative

A far srtronger blow job is given out by using one and shutting off the other three hope this helps, ps keep your eyes on the road and safe out there.

I can confirm vent etiquette dictates that the driver gets both middle ones.

Close all vents and open the lower blower and open sun-roof if too warm...

Hot air rises so all benefit from heat escaping through and cold air being blown in as low as possible....

If too cold close vents and open demisters and low blower...

Demister keeps windscreen and front windows mist free (heated rear window deals with that) and lower blower pumps heat to feet where it rises to warm all car...

Yes I drove cars with asthmatic heaters in the 70's!
