When you add someone new to your phone book do you add them under real name/ screen name/ user name etc??

It depends how well I know them and if I know their real name. If I use their real name I usually add the username to the notes.

I put [real name] - Fab

Just so I don't get confused with a real life vanilla friend lol

I don't speak to too many people tho so only have a couple of names/faces to remember lol

i never add a name until i decide that i can use them and sometimes not after that. Everyone is sub. i keep all messages so ill remember who they are.

I always add their first name (real) with "Fab" at the end.

E.g.

Mike Fab

Jane Fab

Lee Fab

Etc

I do this too. Fab is the most popular surname in my phone book.

Haha I always put their first name and a nickname then the site ... only because my memory sucks ...

I have very few from here...but it's usually their proper first name with some variation on their screen name as the surname.

I don't add them unless I actually consider them friends or I'm arranging a meet with them and we may need contact details if we can't find each other or something.

Well, as im on here for fun on the side IF I save numbers, men get puy under girls name eg mike is Michaela etc. Also ive used a kids play area name once as my child was young and the guy was staying in the hotel near there. Ive also in the past remembered who taxi 1, 2 and 3 are......

For the past year ive stopped giving my number out. Use KIK moreso. X

If I add their screen name, even once I know their real name, I am unlikely to change it.

I have a friend I've known for over 15 years, I met initially in a chat room, who was still in my 'phone under her chat room user name until a few years ago. She changed it on my 'phone herself in the end. She'd not used that username in nearly 10 years!

Username until I have their real name. I don't care if it's a fake name. I usually put fab after it if it's not an unusual name.

Both, but we have a separate phone.

Mrs ddc prefers to use real names, I prefer Fab names. That way there's less chance of me using their real name on a forum post or in chat.

It varies, some are under their first name some under their fab name...the only trouble with that is I sometimes can't recal their actual name

Mine are first name plus occupation or something memorable about them

So might be jon kinky or jon sparky.

I'll have to start calling them fab coz I do forget who's who!

I don't think i know anybodys real name. I just save the name under what i call them.
