"When I was a kid I once had a plaster on my knee for 2 weeks before my mum took it off.
Can anyone beat that record for a time served plaster?
"

plastering is easy enough if you follow some simple rules
if old plaster wet the walls and coat with watered down pva
then mix your plaster to the required amount some prefer a wet mix some prefer a little stiffer then layer a thinnish coat on your wall float needs to be lifted off wall and you smooth it on the wall and carry on with the rest of the wall
by this time the wall should be ready to float up so try and get your float as flat as possible and start to smooth over with a little water flick from you brush onto the wall
easy when you know how
